Our Annual Plant Sale
SPRINGTIME IS ON ITS WAY. And that means it's time for our Annual Plant Sale. This year the Point Loma Garden Club, a 501 (c) (3) organization, excitedly returns to last years great venue for an encore presentation of a fabulous plant sale. It will take place at Westminster Presbyterian Church at 3598 Talbot Street (east of Canon Street) in Point Loma on Saturday, May 19, from 9 AM to 2 PM. Please note the earlier opening and closing times this year.
Take home heirloom tomatoes, beautiful container plants, succulent dish gardens, unusual garden plants and fresh floral arrangements, all lovingly grown and/or created by Point Loma Garden Club members. Specialty food and craft items will also be available in our boutique area this year.
Proceeds, as always, provide continued philanthropic support for local college scholarships and several community organizations.
This plant sale is being held in conjunction with San Diego Floral Association's Rosecroft Revisited: Historic Gardens of Point Loma. Details for the garden tour, including times and ticket prices, will be posted on the SDFA web site.
We thank you for your continued patronage and support!
Wine In The Garden
Several times a year, different members open their garden for an afternoon gathering. Members are encouraged to invite their friends and neighbors so they can become familiar with the club. Non-members are also invited to attend. Please contact the Membership Chair for details on the next gathering.
